I’ve tried multiple “cervical pillows” and the Dosaze Contoured Orthopedic Pillow works best for me. No neck stiffness. Comfortable on both my side and on my back. Design is straight forward. (Others had unnecessary features.). Firmness/sofness ratio is just right for me. Glad I got it.

I used a small stuff sack to compress the pillow into a 6" cube. It easily fit into my carry on and has travelled to England, France, and Mexico so far. It was a relief to know I would have a comfortable pillow everywhere we stayed. My travel companions were jealous! This pillow is on my packing list for all future trips.
I didn't think to try it on the plane, I will on the next trip!
The first night sleeping on the contoured pillow I woke up without shoulder or hip pain. I have not had any shoulder or hip pain after I started using this pillow. I have tried several different pillows none of them worked. This pillow was a life saver for me. Thanks.
This is a good solution to make an older mattress new again. Didn’t know what to expect. This is a good product.
I’ll admit, when I first laid down on it, I was afraid it was too flat, too hard, and I would hate it. But I have had this pillow since June (so for 6 months now), and I have to say I was definitely surprised! I would wake up with neck aches and headaches semi-frequently (a few times a month), but on this Dosaze pillow, those occurrences have gone down to a handful of times in the last 6 months! Granted, we all have “bad sleep days” anyway, but this has helped correct my sleep position so much. (I’m a back and side sleeper.) My only complaint would be that it doesn’t feel luxuriously, cloud soft, but the positives of how I’ve felt waking up help counter that complaint, so maybe I don’t need it. Perhaps “soft” would mean less support? Or too much, which would lead back to the “squished neck” problem? I don’t know, but again, the positives of waking up with less neck pain and headaches have helped make up for that slight complaint. I’m so happy to have stumbled across Dosaze, and been willing to give it a try!!
I was in an accident several months ago and ended up with severe whiplash and an elevated first rib. I was in constant pain, and my physical therapist recommended I start using an orthopedic pillow.

Initially, I waffled about whether or not I’d keep the Dosaze pillow, since it didn’t feel comfortable right away and was expensive. But because the company gave me plenty of time to acclimate to the style, I ended up loving it. The fact that you can use it comfortably whether you’re a back or a side sleeper sealed the deal. Plus, I never need to adjust or fluff it up, because it’s always the perfect shape. My neck pain has improved dramatically since I started using it. I take it with me whenever I travel now, because I refuse to use any other pillow.
I like the topper and it feels nice on my back. It's harder for me to get into bed now because it's so high. That's the only reason for four instead of five stars.
My best piece of advice to kick off this review is to give yourself a couple of weeks to adjust to the pillow. At first, I thought that it wasn’t right for me, but I kept finding myself coming back to it, and now nearly a year later this pillow is my saving grace. It truly saved my neck and I can’t sleep without it. I recently slept somewhere else outside of my own home and had to bring it with me. There really is no other pillow like this on the market if you need proper neck support.
After two other so called " waterproof" mattress protectors that were not very old failed to keep the wet from the mattress, I bought this one. I put it over a crab pot And put about a gallon of water in it. Hours later it had not leaked a drop
this pillow works if you sleep hot. It actually is cold to the touch. However I turn pillow over in the night to get more cooling. I do not have the pillowcase. I tried pillow case at home and the cooling stopped so I use it without any pc. Dozase has great customer service and they follow through with any issues.
I also tried their payment plan and it worked well and it stopped when all payments were complete on schedule. I had no problems with extra payments taken out.
I read all the hype and honestly expected these sheets to fall short of all the claims. I was pleasantly surprised to find they performed exactly as described! Super smooth and soft, and they stay cool all through the night! Certainly worth every penny!!!
I have the pillow which i rave about and was hopeing the mattress topper would be the same. I have to say that I seem to sleep better as a side sleeper, moving from 1 side to the other much less. I have arthritis and Dosaze has been a godsend.
The cooling pillowcase is amazing. I will not leave home without it. I travel with one in my suitcase. I have shared this with everyone I know. I have several because I can’t be without it even during was days. This has seriously changed my nights for this hot sleeper!
Prior to purchasing this pillow, I was experiencing constant neck pain (I sustained a head injury about 5 years ago that resulted in constant neck pain). I tried acupuncture and physical therapy. I was about to go back to the physical therapist and tried this pillow instead. I have a desk job and it aggravated the neck pain every day and made it worse. This pillow made my neck pain disappear. Literally hands down the best pillows I've ever had... and I've had low quality store bought all the way to $150+ pillows. For a few years now I've been struggling with occasional right sided severe neck pain that has turned into bad migraines right after waking up and my husband has had the same issues but due to a previous injury. Those have been minimalized dramatically since having this pillow! I initially bought the orthopedic contour pillow for my husband and I and it unfortunately didn't work like I thought it would've for the pain and migraines. So I reached out to Dosaze support and they didn't hesitate to send out 2 new pillows of my choice! I ended up choosing this pillow and it was amazing the difference i felt when I woke up the next morning!! I love how I can choose either side too. I absolutely prefer the gel side because I sleep hot and it keeps me cool all night long. But if I feel like I want some plushness I can just flip it over and there ya go. Both sides are very responsive and never go flat, they bounce right back. I wanted to just write this for anyone on the fence about it because you will not regret it! I'm a real person whose spent hundreds of real dollars on pillows and my search is finally over :D
