As a physical therapist, I’m pretty picky about pillows! This one is well thought out, well made, but needed a bit of tweaking for me. The customer service was outstanding. They were super fast to reply, helpful with suggestions, and checked back after the first post-purchase email exchange. I was really impressed with this company, and would highly recommend them.

I am a side sleeper, and I've bought and used many pillows over the years. I have neck and shoulder issues, and I've always been on the hunt for a pillow to ease my problems. I took a chance and bought this pillow and from the first night I experienced great relief in neck and shoulder pain and mobility, and it is very compatible with side sleepers. I can even lay on my back, which I could not do with any other pillows. I'm glad I took a chance. Don't think twice--get it!
It took a bit of getting used to but my morning stiff and painful neck is much improved.
I needed a wedge to help with my worsening reflux. Was skeptical about how if it would help and if I could actually sleep comfortably on one. Decided to get the best one I could find - this one! And it was worth every penny!
The covers are really made of good material and protect the pillow maximum. Really worth to buy these.

I've only had the pillow for a few months, but so far it has made the transition to sleeping on my back much easier, and has cured the pain in my neck I had from sleeping on my back on a very firm, large pillow.

The pillowcase is amazing! It is so soft and it stays pretty cool! I didn’t realize how much a pillowcase could impact my sleep. I sleep so much better now with this pillowcase!
It’s recommend not to use a duvet but it’s white and we have dogs and kids so way too risky. It does feel cool and it is great for the summer / being a hot sleeper. I wish there were some other color options and I didn’t want gray since it doesn’t go with any of our bedding,
It feels similar to the Temperpedic neck pillow I have used but it’s better. I like it more because it has a cut out for my head and neck and it’s bigger. Both me and my husband find the Dosage pillow to be comfortable. I am a back and side sleeper. When I turn to my side my face doesn’t get as squished because of the cut out area.
C5, C6 and C7 discs are fused in my neck. This pillow has really helped me sleep. It has worked awesome!

I've been back and forth with Dosaze over the past few months to try to find the "perfect" pillow. Customer service was great with shipping and returns for original choices which were not right for me. The ThermaCool Adjustable does the trick. I can mold it into the shape and support I need, adding or removing filling. I appreciate the patience Dosaze showed through the process!
I was skeptical at first, because it's a weird-looking pillow. But after a few days of figuring it out, my neck pain is gone! I did have to try both the small and large (I settled on the large), but couldn't be happier. My girlfriend bought one too!
Usually wake up with neck and shoulder pain. Thought it would take a couple of weeks to see the effects. It was almost immediate. I would highly recommend this pillow. I got it for my husband and me. Got a couple more as gifts for loved ones and family.
