Miracle pillow!

I had a neck/shoulder injury a few years ago and had to do physical therapy for almost two full years. Even with the daily exercises I still had regular muscle tension issues and nerve spasms that would drive me crazy for days. A good pillow for back sleepers

I have chronic neck pain and the contoured orthopedic pillow does help. I can also sleep on my side with it. It has not compressed significantly since I’ve been sleeping on it, which it good.
