What's so special about your pillow?

Unlike the traditional pillow, our pillow is uniquely designed to cradle your head and neck while you sleep. There's a distinct "pocket" in the middle of the pillow where you can rest your neck comfortably. Our high-density, high-quality memory foam conforms to the natural curvature of your neck and provides comfortable support all night long.

Our pillow is researched, designed and tested in California and ultimately manufactured in China.

Our overseas partners are the best at what they do and were integral to getting all of our very specific details right -- from the height and width of the pillow to the weight and feel of the memory foam, we had very specific requirements that only our partner could help us do.

We ship for free to the US for most products.

Domestic orders generally ship within 24 business hours of the time of placement, and typically arrive within 3 - 5 days of shipment. Delivery times to Hawaii and Alaska may vary.

For mattresses, we ship for free to the continental US, with some fees for Hawaii and Alaska. Mattresses are made to order and usually take 3-7 business days to produce and ship. During some parts of peak season, it can take a couple of days longer. Once they ship, they usually arrive in 1-5 days.

We are able to ship internationally as well, but shipping fees and duties may apply.

We offer free ground shipping in the United States and usually Canada as well on all orders for the Dosaze Contoured Orthopedic Pillow. However, we are currently out of stock in Canada and so cannot fulfill orders in Canada for the time being.

We offer free shipping for all products in the United States.

We ship to many other international countries, but additional shipping and duties may apply.

You will receive an email confirmation after you place an order on our site. Once our warehouse team processes your order, you will receive another email with your tracking information.

Any changes to your order (including cancellations) must be requested within 12 hours of your order confirmation - however, since we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we can't guarantee that we can cancel the order even if you do request a cancellation within 12 hours.

Orders are processed within 1 business day as we try to ship orders out as quickly as possible. While we will try our best to make the necessary changes to your order, we cannot guarantee this.

For mattresses, which are made to order, please note that once the order has been sent to our production team, they cannot be canceled.

If you don't love your product, we're happy to accept returns within 60 days of you receiving it (according to the tracking information).

For mattresses, we have a 365-day pain relief guarantee. Returns initiated in this period are free. No return shipping costs, and no restocking fees. We just ask that you arrange donation, disposal, and/or pick up of the mattress. We can do it for you as well, but there is a small fee associated with us arranging it for you.

We pride ourselves in the quality of our mattress, so we want all our customers to be happy. If you have an issue, please contact our customer support team support@dosaze.com to initiate your FREE return.
