I had a neck injury that prevents me from sleeping on my side. I looked for a pillow that allowed me to sleep comfortably on my back, and this is the winner. My neck pain is completely gone. I do not think it would work well if you are a side sleeper though.

I rarely leave reviews, but I just had to leave a 5-star rating for this Dosaze pillow! For as long as I can remember (I'm 31), I have been a drooler at night. My siblings, college roommate and husband have all told me that I breathe heavy/sometimes snore at night - embarrassing! I have noticed that in the last two years, I've woken up sometime between midnight-4am to use the bathroom. I bring that up because ever since learning about the importance of airway breathing at night and getting this pillow, I no longer drool at night and I sleep all the way through the night without getting up to use the bathroom! I must have been having micro-awakenings all night which is why I would wake up and go to the bathroom. LIFE CHANGING!!! My husband is so thankful I got this pillow too because I don't keep him up at night with my snoring. I'm extremely thankful for this pillow!!
I purchased the thick pillow and absolutely love it. I no longer wake up sore. I feel instant relief when I lay down. The contour shape really helps keep your neck in place. Customer service was quick to respond and helpful.
This pillow is perfect and helped with a neck problem I had. My sister took the second pillow because she loved it. Most pillows seem to be made for bigger or taller people but this fits really well for me.
I started with the regular contoured pillow and upgraded to the larger one. I love it. I'm primarily a side sleeper and it's got enough lift and support I don't feel like I'm resting on my arm. The shape of the pillow gives my shoulder clearance to rest comfortably without pushing the pillow away. Highly recommend for side sleepers.
Purchased two pillows for myself and my husband. Customer service was very helpful in helping me determine our appropriate sizes. We are both side sleepers and were previously experiencing shoulder and neck pain with a traditional pillow. Almost immediately the pain resolved. It was very easy to adjust to this contoured pillow. My husband has had no problems using this pillow with his CPAP.
I have to sleep on my side because of sleep apnea. I was waking up with neck pain that lasted all day. But since I started using your product my neck pain is gone and I sleep longer.

I travelled internationally and used the Dosaze pillow and it worked well. The Velcro could be a little stronger but I loved how it cradeled my head and neck.
I had nightly hip pain sleeping on our box spring mattress. No more. Since we started using the mattress topper the pain has gone away. Great results.

This is my first pillow of this type, so it took a minute to get used to the feeling of comfort coming not from a feathery-soft squishy pillow but from having my neck well supported.
I no longer toss and turn, looking for the most comfortable sleeping position, so it’s had a really positive impact on the quality of my sleep, which is a nice change (hello, perimenopause-induced insomnia). I would sometimes roll onto my side with a standard pillow, but that position is far less comfortable for my body and I would often wake up with a sore shoulder, so I’m glad the Dosaze pillow encourages me stay on my back.
We’ll never go back to using a standard pillow again. Incidentally, both of us sleep on foam wedges (7.5” high) to elevate our upper bodies and the Dosaze pillow works really well with this setup.

I was very skeptical when I first bought this pillow. I've been having neck and upper inner back pain for so long. I didn't think it would help. However, after about two weeks, all of my pain went away. This pillow is amazing and so comfortable. I highly recommend this pillow.
