I told myself that if this pillow worked for me, I would write a review to help people who are searching for relief to look no further. The 60 day trial and the pain I was experiencing were worth the chance on this pillow. I was suffering chronic neck pain, headaches in my sleep, and waking up exhausted going on almost 4 years. There is a slight adjustment period, the first night I woke up the next day with lower back pain, but by the end of the 1st week I was able to turn my head left and right with no pain. Lower back pain went away after a day or two, which I attribute to things realigning themselves. I am getting much better sleep as well and waking up well rested. It is true! No more neck pain, no headaches! I’ve had the pillow for three months now and wanted to have a fair assessment before writing a review. I don’t wake up feeling like my neck has been in a weird, contorted position all night in between constant readjusting. The pillow is firm enough to hold my neck and head at a neutral position but soft enough that my ear does not ache when I sleep on my side. It is the perfect height and I am comfortable on my back or on my side.
The one thing I do not like… there is a slight downward slope on the back of the pillow. There are times when I use a very flat travel pillow at the back edge of the pillow to lift the slope. My preference is an even height.
Overall I highly recommend. I was skeptical because I, like so many others, have tried so many pillows. This met the mark and is well worth the price!! You have 60 days. Try it!

I was skeptical. So skeptical. I've had almost daily headaches from neck issues/fibromyalgia more than half my life. But the test period with full refund got me in the door. It is not an overstatement to say that this pillow has made a change in my life. I've had to live with problems in the vertebrae at my lower back and neck for years and like most all of the reviewers here, I have tried many types of pillows with varying success. In casual conversation with my daughter in law I complained about how I would wake up during the night from the pain in my neck and how much my lower back ached in the mornings. She and my son had been using the dosaze pillow for a while and spoke so highly of it that on the spot placed an order right then and there. The delivery time was faster than I expected and the tracking updated were very welcome so when I received the pillow I already felt good about it. I have been looking for a pillow for years and have tried many different ones. This one works! I was waking up with severe headaches, shoulder and neck pain, and back pain. That has all gone away while using this pillow. I have finally found the one!!
