Return Window for Dosaze Products
Pillows & Accessories: 60 days from date of delivery
Bed Sheets: 60 days from date of delivery
Mattress Toppers: 60 days from date of delivery
Mattresses: 365 days from date of delivery
All orders can be returned or exchanged within the return window from the date of delivery for FREE (i.e, we do NOT charge for return shipping or restocking). We offer a minimum of 60-day night sleep trial on Dosaze products, so you are welcome to return the product, even after you have used it.
Buying bedding products online can be a very strange process since beddings are naturally subjective to personal preferences. We all want to try a pillow or mattress before committing to purchase it, and here at Dosaze, we completely understand that.
That's why we offer a minimum of 60-night sleep trial on Dosaze products so you can test them out in the comfort of your own home and eliminate any doubts you may have.
We are confident that you will love the Dosaze products. If you're not in love with your purchase during this time period, you have the option to return It to us for a full refund. Simply reach out to support@dosaze.com to initiate a return!
Here are the full details of the mattress return policy:
Every Dosaze mattress purchase includes a 365-night at-home sleep trial. If, against all expectations, you don't love your mattress, you can return the mattress for a full refund.
The trial begins the day your mattress arrives. Sleep on your Dosaze mattress for at least 30 nights before making a decision—this gives you enough time to adjust to your new bed and fully experience its comfort and support benefits.
If you wish to obtain a refund your mattress, please use the email form on our Contact page or email us at support@dosaze.com. To qualify for a full refund, you must initiate the return process after the 30-night break-in period but before the 365-night trial expires.
Return Process
1. Submit Request: Please use the email form on our Contact page or email us at support@dosaze.com to request a return. We cannot process returns over the phone or live chat, only through email. Once your request is received, a member of our customer support team will reach out to walk you through the rest of the process.
2. Schedule Pick-Up: Many cities provide bulk recycling pick-up, as long as your bulky items are wrapped in a plastic furniture bag. All New York City customers can leave their old mattresses out on the curb with the rest of their recycling and the city will take care of it. If you are located elsewhere, we suggest calling your local authorities to see if they have a similar program in place. There will be no added fee if you schedule pick up or arrange for disposal for your mattress yourself.
Alternatively, we can set up the a scheduled mattress pick-up with one of our third-party logistics partners. This option involves a $99 flat fee (deducted from your refund) that covers the pick-up and transportation. When possible, we arrange for the mattress to be donated to a local charity or mattress recycling program, depending on your state's laws.
If neither of those options are viable,1-800-GOT-JUNK? can do the leg work. While this option isn't free, they will pick up the mattress (and box spring if you’re also parting with that), do everything they can to get the mattress repurposed, or otherwise dispose of it safely.
3. Day of Pick-Up: Our support team member will provide instructions on what to do on the scheduled pick-up day. Typically, you leave the mattress unboxed for pick-up, and the driver does the rest. Then, email us a scan or digital photo of the pick-up receipt.
4. Refund: Once we receive confirmation that the mattress has been picked up, we'll process your refund in full. You will receive a Refund Notification via email.
