Wasn’t expecting to like it…

I’ll admit, when I first laid down on it, I was afraid it was too flat, too hard, and I would hate it. But I have had this pillow since June (so for 6 months now), and I have to say I was definitely surprised! I would wake up with neck aches and headaches semi-frequently (a few times a month), but on this Dosaze pillow, those occurrences have gone down to a handful of times in the last 6 months! Granted, we all have “bad sleep days” anyway, but this has helped correct my sleep position so much. (I’m a back and side sleeper.) My only complaint would be that it doesn’t feel luxuriously, cloud soft, but the positives of how I’ve felt waking up help counter that complaint, so maybe I don’t need it. Perhaps “soft” would mean less support? Or too much, which would lead back to the “squished neck” problem? I don’t know, but again, the positives of waking up with less neck pain and headaches have helped make up for that slight complaint. I’m so happy to have stumbled across Dosaze, and been willing to give it a try!!

Helped with neck pain after an accident.

I was in an accident several months ago and ended up with severe whiplash and an elevated first rib. I was in constant pain, and my physical therapist recommended I start using an orthopedic pillow.

My best piece of advice to kick off this review is to give yourself a couple of weeks to adjust to the pillow. It truly saved my neck and I can’t sleep without it. I recently slept somewhere else outside of my own home and had to bring it with me. Prior to purchasing this pillow, I was experiencing constant neck pain (I sustained a head injury about 5 years ago that resulted in constant neck pain). I tried acupuncture and physical therapy. I was about to go back to the physical therapist and tried this pillow instead. I have a desk job and it aggravated the neck pain every day and made it worse. This pillow made my neck pain disappear. For context I have an old mattress that I’m replacing, so the pillow ALONE fixed my chronic pain. I really hope this review helps others in similar situations to mine.
