What is Dosaze, anyway?

Dosaze is a sleep brand creating innovative products for the modern day.

We spend 33% of our lives sleeping. Numerous studies have shown how a good night's sleep is directly correlated to better mood, muscle recovery, less stress, and overall well-being. While science has proven how important sleep, the sleep industry as a whole has not changed.

We've started with an innovative contoured orthopedic pillow. It's meticulously designed to ensure proper sleeping posture, a big cause for pain and aches while sleeping.

It's the 21st century - we shouldn't still be waking up in the middle of the night with aches or pain. We shouldn't wake up feeling unrested or groggy. These problems have plagued us for plenty of years, and we're determined to change that.

What's so special about your pillow?

Unlike the traditional pillow, our pillow is uniquely designed to cradle your head and neck while you sleep. There's a distinct "pocket" in the middle of the pillow where you can rest your neck comfortably. Our high-density, high-quality memory foam conforms to the natural curvature of your neck and provides comfortable support all night long.

Where are your pillows made?

Our pillow is made overseas in China, but all our products are shipped from our warehouse in San Bernardino, California.

We spent months prototyping our pillow and vetting manufacturer after manufacturer. We meticulously designed the pillow focusing on all the little details from the height and width of the pillow to the weight and feel of the memory foam. We wanted this pillow to be absolutely perfect, and we didn't stop until we found the right manufacturer for us.

Do you sell your pillow in stores?

We chose not to sell our pillow through online distributors. Our biggest reason - we want a direct relationship with our customers. If we went through traditional distribution, we'd be unable to improve our pillow and design creative products to help our customers sleep better. We understand that everyone sleeps differently, so having no feedback loop with our customers just feels wrong.

By selling directly to you, we get to build real relationships with our community and get direct feedback to build better products.

Where does Dosaze ship?

We ship to all states in the USA and worldwide as well!

When will my order ship?

Our warehouse team works diligently to process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday - Friday. Ground shipping to the contiguous states takes 5-7 business days, including processing time.

Unfortunately, due to record volumes during this holiday season, our free shipping option is taking longer than expected. While it will get processed by our facility in ~1-2 business days, the carrier might take 7-14 days to deliver it. We're offering a $5 shipping option that will take ~4-6 business days.

For ground shipping to AK and HI, please allow 7-14 business days for processing and shipping.

Is shipping free?

We offer free ground shipping in the United States, Canada, the UK, and Australia on all orders. During the holidays, this option takes a bit more time because of record volumes.


We ship to many other international countries, but additional shipping and duties may apply.

How do I track the status of my order?

You will receive an email confirmation after you place an order on our site. Once our warehouse team processes your order, you will receive another email containing the tracking number for your order. If you have any issues, then please email our support team with your order number and we will take care of you.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Any changes to your order (including cancellations) must be requested within 12 hours of your order confirmation. Orders are processed within 1 business day as we try to ship orders out as quickly as possible. While we will try our best to make the necessary changes to your order, we cannot guarantee this.

How long will it take to get used to the pillow?

When changing pillows, it takes your body a bit of time to get used to it. This is why we offer a 60-night sleep trial on all orders.

We stand by the quality of our pillow and encourage you to give the pillow a thorough test. We recommend sleeping on the pillow for at least two weeks before making a decision.

How does the 60-night sleep trial work?

Buying pillows online can be a very strange process since pillows are naturally a subjective item. We all want to try a pillow before committing to purchase it, and here at Dosaze, we completely understand that.

That's why we offer a 60-night sleep trial on all orders so you can test the pillow in the comfort of your own home and eliminate any doubts you may have. Starting from when you receive your package, you have 60 nights!

If you're not in love with your purchase during this time period, you have the option to return It to us for a full refund. Simply email us at with your order number to initiate the return process.

Note: We currently do not offer free return shipping at this time. As a small business, we are not in the financial position to offer both free shipping and free returns at this time. We hope to offer free returns in the future. If you would like us to print you a return label, please indicate that on the email. We will then deduct the price of the return label from your refund amount.

How do I get rid of the memory foam scent?

New memory foam products may have a slight scent as a result of the production process. Please do not worry as this new foam scent is not harmful, and it will disappear over time.

To reduce the scent, toss the whole pillow in a dryer on low heat for an hour or two with a dryer sheet or dryer ball.

If you don't have a dryer, place the pillow near an open window in direct sunlight for a day or two.

Why is my pillow feeling firmer than usual?

Memory foam is sensitive to temperature. When temperatures are below 65° F, the memory foam will gradually become more firm. If exposed to temperatures under 50° F, the pillow may feel solid.

If your pillow is feeling firm, please toss it in the dryer on low heat for 30 minutes to warm it up. If you live in an area with temperatures above 65° F, then place the pillow under direct sunlight to warm up.

Is there a removable cover on the pillow?

Yes! The pillow has an easy to remove cover that is machine washable.

What material is the pillow made of?

The pillow is made of 60% polyester and 40% recycled bamboo.

How much does the pillow weight?

The pillow weighs about 3 pounds.

What size is the pillow?

The pillow measures 23.6 in. x 14.96 in. x 4.72 in.


What is the warranty on the pillow?

We're happy to offer a 3-year limited warranty for our pillows. To make a warranty claim, please email and provide us with your order number.

Our warranty applies to gifts as well. Please provide the lucky recipient with the order number In your order confirmation email, and we'd be happy to process the warranty claim.

Warranties only apply to product(s) purchased directly from Dosaze.

The warranty covers material damage to the pillow(s) that's caused by a manufacturer defect. Dosaze is not liable for claims that exceed the cost of the product, and Dosaze is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage from the use of its product. The warranty doesn't not cover misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Failure to follow washing instructions will void the warranty.


What is your return policy?

All orders can be returned within 60 days from delivery. We offer a 60-day night sleep trial on all orders, so you are welcome to return the pillow, even after you have used it.

Please note that we currently do not offer free return shipping at this time. As a small business, we are not in the financial position to offer both free shipping and free returns at this time. When can I expect a refund?

We process all returns once our warehouse team has confirmed receipt of the pillow. It takes a few business days for your credit card company to refund you the order after that. You will receive an email once we have processed the refund on our end.


What safety measures have you implemented given COVID-19?

We know these are uncertain times, so first off, we hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. We're taking extra precautions as we keep our warehouse facility operational in San Bernardino, CA.

Following CDC and WHO guidelines, we've implemented deep cleaning and sterilization procedures every day, including frequent disinfecting of common surfaces. Any team member who feels sick (or has had contact with someone who is under the weather) has been asked to stay home and is not allowed to enter the facility. Our warehouse team is also practicing social distancing while at work and work groups are separated to the extent possible.

The safety of our customers, team members, and their family is our top priority. If you ever have any concerns, please call or email us.

Are you doing contactless delivery?

Yes - we partner with UPS, USPS, and FedEx to deliver our packages. Each carrier has implemented contactless delivery options, and no package is shipped with signature confirmation necessary.

Can I try the pillow in person?

Currently, there is no way to try the pillow in person unless you know a friend or family member who has the pillow.

We standby the quality of our pillow, so we offer a 60-night sleep trial on all our orders. You can try the pillow for yourself for 60 days before deciding to keep or return it.
