We recommend to start that weighted blankets should hover around 10% of your body weight. However, we know some people like their weighted blankets lighter or heavier. If you're unsure, start at 10% or slightly lighter.

- 15 lbs - full beds (covers top), throw, smaller adults
- 20 lbs - queens beds (covers top), full beds (drapes), most adults
- 30 lbs - shared use, king/queen beds (drapes sides)
