We offer free shipping the for the continental US! All our mattresses are made to order, usually take between 3 - 7 business days to produce and ship. During some parts of peak season, it can take a couple of days longer. Once it ships, it usually arrives in 1-5 days.

We do not ship our mattress internationally.

We have a 365-day pain relief guarantee. Returns initiated in this period are free. No return shipping costs, and no restocking fees. We just ask that you arrange donation, disposal, and/or pick up of the mattress. We can do it for you as well, but there is a small fee associated with us arranging it for you.

We pride ourselves in the quality of our mattress, so we want all our customers to be happy. If you have an issue, please contact our customer support team support@dosaze.com to initiate your FREE return.

We limit free returns to one return per household per year. More details here.

Navidium is a package insurance product that you can purchase to protect your order in the case that it gets stolen once delivered. If this does happen, you'll be able to file a claim to either get your money back or get an additional pillow free of charge. You can see the full terms here.

Yes, traditional exchanges are handled by returning the original mattress through our returns process. Call, chat or email our customer service team if there is a problem with your DreamAlign and we’ll work with you to coordinate a return or exchange. It’s up to you if you’d like to purchase your replacement before receiving the refund for your return.

No, you do not need to keep any of the packing materials once you receive your DreamAlign. If at any point you decide to return your DreamAlign, you do not need to worry about putting it back into its original packaging. Reach out to our DreamAlign Sleep Concierge team via phone, chat or email and we will work with you to get your mattress donated or disposed of locally.

For unopened mattresses, we will ask that you return the mattress to our warehouse. Dosaze will cover the return shipping cost of the item in this case.

For opened mattresses, we do not ask you to return them to us. Instead, we ask for the mattress to be donated or disposed of. If you arrange for the donation or disposal, there are no fees associated with the return.

If you want us to do it, there may be a small fee ($99) for us to arrange the pick up and disposal. We do our best to help you pursue a free option — many cities offer free pick up of mattresses, for example, but if we cannot, then we will work with one of our logistics partners to schedule pick up.

Any changes to your order (including cancellations) must be requested within 12 hours of your order confirmation - however, since we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we can't guarantee that we can cancel the order even if you do request a cancellation within 12 hours.

Orders are processed within 1 business day as we try to ship orders out as quickly as possible. While we will try our best to make the necessary changes to your order, we cannot guarantee this.

Choosing DreamAlign means making a better choice for your back and sleep.

A DreamAlign Hybrid mattress may take up to 72 hours to fully expand up to its original form. However, you can start sleeping on the mattress in a couple of hours. Please note: breaking in a new mattress always takes time. External factors like air pressure, airflow, room temperature, etc., may affect the expansion timing of the DreamAlign Hybrid mattress.

Not at all! In fact, we designed DreamAlign with a breathable polyknit cover that wicks away excess heat and ensures airflow.

The hybrid design also sleeps cooler than 100% foam beds.

We're certain that DreamAlign will be the dreamiest, most comfortable mattress you will have ever owned. It's super easy to set up on any foundation, base, or adjustable frame that we sell or a similar product. We do not recommend placing your mattress on the floor, plastic base, or any homemade foundation.

Product Care

The best way to care for your DreamAlign mattress is to ensure its placed on a firm, solid surface (like a bed base), that’s structurally capable of supporting the weight of your mattress plus its sleepers. Aside from that, you can also care for your mattress by:

  • Changing your bedding once a week to reduce dead skin cells, oils and sweat from coming into contact with your mattress.
  • Rotating your DreamAlign every three months to encourage even wear across the mattress surface. (No need to flip it though!)
  • Cleaning dust particles off of your mattress by vacuuming it once a month.
  • Installing a mattress pad or protector to protect your DreamAlign from spills and other accidental damages.
  • Neutralize unwanted smells by sprinkling a little baking soda across the bare mattress surface and letting it sit in natural light.
