DreamAlign Back Relief Mattress Topper

The first one Dosaze sent out didn't have the hip support I was looking for. That said, they listened to my concerns, make returns simple, and sent another they thought would be better and it was. I'm at a point now that I sleep so much better. I will say for back sleepers these toppers are fantastic! Stomach sleepers the same. For those with mild hip problems, it probably would also work 100%. I am not sure any cushioning or firmness was the fault of the topper; I am fairly certain nothing out there would have and will admit this topper is doing it's job and I have such mild discomfort at this point. I haven't slept like this for years! It is a great all-around topper for all of your back and hip problems. Some back and hips are probably "too far gone" for anything to relieve it completely, but this topper is as close as you can get. I'd recommend this to all of my friends and also recommend the customer service. I wanted to try another instead of a refund (they offered both) and am glad I did. The second one sent out did the job better than the first! I'm happy, it's a great product and attractive looking. I had no off gassing whatsoever from this product. My only complaint is I wish they had a call in line as that would make it slightly easier, but don't let that dissuade you from buying. When you write, they do answer as promised and want to leave you happy, even if that includes a refund. Happy I bought here! Simply make sure you write before the "try it" warranty ends. They do give you plenty of time to make your decision so that shouldn't be a problem. Well done Dosaze!!

This mattress topper is the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on. It's absolutely dreamy! And more importantly, it has helped my back pain. This was a last resort for me before getting an MRI and going that whole route. I'm extremely happy to say after 60 days, that my back pain is almost gone now. It used to be really bad in the morning, now it's almost nonexistent. Almost, not entirely. But enough for me to not need an MRI. It took a good week of sleeping on it for my pain to start subsiding, so the 60 day trial is brilliant. I'm soooo glad I took a chance on this. You have nothing to lose by trying it out, and I highly recommend. Even if you don't have pain issues, it's ridiculously comfy!! (I got the firmer option).

Fast delivery, Easy to set up - unroll and lay it down on top of existing mattress. Need deep pocket fitted sheet. What a relief!

This is a very nice topper, but it wasn't right for me. I am waiting to have hip surgery and I was hoping to have some relief from pressure pain. For me, it seemed to press more on my hip, so it didn't work. The topper is very well made and if I didn't already have hip pain it would work just fine. With that said, I couldn't bring myself to return it (mainly because they make you throw it out with bulk trash pickup -- I get this because they can't resell it -- but their return policy is VERY fair). I decided to put it on the guest bed. Hopeful guests will like it!

I realized that my old mattress topper was no longer supporting my body properly and each night my hips ached. I read a review of the DreamAlign topper and decided to spend the money on it. Great decision, as my hips no longer ache and I sleep better. A simple concept—firmer foam in the middle—but it works! I am grateful. Sarah H.
