I found this pillow and figured hey, I am in constant pain and there is a money back guarantee, so what do I have to lose? Well I got immediate relief when lying on it, and symptoms improved much further with a chiropractic adjustment. I can finally swallow without neck pain. This pillow helps maintain the alignment achieved. I can say this with certainty because lying on any other pillow, even for a little bit, causes my neck to hurt again. Occasionally I may sleep on it at a weird angle and my neck may feel a little discomfort, but for the most part it is perfectly molded to prevent that very thing. I just make sure I center my head on my back when falling asleep and it easily supports me no matter which way I turn after that. I couldn’t be happier. And yes, I never travel without this pillow.

Favorite pillow

The is quite comfortable whether sleeping on side or back. From the first use I have had absolutely zero neck aches in the morning my tossing and turning is dramatically less.
The only negative comment is that it does seem to be a little warm which it wasn’t in the begging.

Great customer service

What a pleasure it is to deal with a company with great customer service. Melvin couldn't have been more helpful. Having long-standing neck issues, I ordered the Orthopedic Contour pillow based on the many good reviews. As one who is a combination sleeper, I found it fine while on my back but not on my side. When I contacted customer service, Melvin suggested several other styles and I selected the Hybrid Adjustable pillow. Even before I received the pillow, he reimbursed the price difference! The good news is that the new pillow seems to work well in all positions and I've not had any neck pain.

I love your pillow

I was having shoulder pain from being a side sleeper but I also sleep on my back and stomach. I needed a pillow that could accommodate all 3 sleeping positions. I tried at least 4 other pillows and Dosage was the winner! I love it so much that I bought one to leave at my daughter’s house for when I visit. Thanks dosaze for being my solution!
