As a side sleeper that over time developed discomfort with sleeping on a supposedly side sleeper pillow, I was looking to invest in a pillow that would actually work. Additionally, I had developed intense upper back tension which was worsened with sleeping. While doing research, I came across Dosaze and I am thrilled I did. After the first night, I knew I would be keeping the pillow, no return necessary. I know it seems like a steep investment for a pillow, but truly worth it especially if you catch the BOGO sale.

I have enjoyed a better nights sleep with this pillow. It has made sleeping much less painful and easier to have a better nights sleep. I have a lot of muscular neck pain from a fall and needed to find a pillow to help get relief. I would recommend thi pillow to anyone with neck issues.

Love the pillow!

I've loved this pillow because my morning neck pain is basically gone, amazing! My only complaint is that even the plush version of the pillow gives me some ear pain if I sleep on one side too long. Worth not having neck pain and headaches, though. Company had great service, too. I ordered the original softness first, reached out about the ear pain and they sent me the plush/soft version no questions asked!

Solid Pillow

I kept dealing with neck pain and this kept popping up with personal recommendations. They had a BOGO sale so I got to try both sizes. Although I am under 6’2”, I have wider shoulders and definitely found more relief from the bigger version vs the standard. I had inquired about this and this was their personal suggestion too. I have not had neck pain since. I was not used to this pillow so it took several days to get used to but it’s been great.

Love the thick pillow - even though standard was the recommended size

I had been having a ton of neck pain and migraines when I woke up in the morning and finally decided that maybe it was my pillow that was the problem. I tried several brands that claimed to be an orthopedic pillow but they all left me with either more neck pain or no improvement. In one of my searches, the Dosaze contoured orthopedic pillow came up. Based on the recommendation, I ordered the standard size (I'm a 5'9" 155 lbs female). Since I had a BOGO offer, I decided to also order a thick size pillow for my husband (he is 6'4" and 225 lbs). Both pillows arrived and I tried to sleep on the standard for three nights. Honestly, I hated it. It was way too flat and didn't provide enough support. I was super frustrated that yet another pillow did not do what it claimed. Since I was going to send it back, I decided that I might as well try the thick pillow I ordered for my husband. It was significantly thicker and looked like it would provided more support. Just after the first night, I noticed a huge difference in my neck pain. After the second night, the pain went away. I have now been using it for about 1 1/2 months. I wake up most mornings with no pain at all and the frequency of my migraines has gone down from 3-4 a week to 3-4 a month! My shoulder also doesn't hurt (I'm a side sleeper) and I think the fact that the thick pillow is much thicker, it gives more room for my shoulder and aligns my neck better. So if you are thinking about trying this pillow out and are remotely on the tall side, give the thick size a try. I feel like it's been life changing. Side note, I reached out to customer service and asked if I could return the standard for another thick pillow. They were super responsive and sent me a return label the same day, and sent the replacement with no shipping costs to me within a couple of days. Great customer service!

I told myself that if this pillow worked for me, I would write a review to help people who are searching for relief to look no further. The 60 day trial and the pain I was experiencing were worth the chance on this pillow. I was suffering chronic neck pain, headaches in my sleep, and waking up exhausted going on almost 4 years. This pillow works! There is a slight adjustment period, the first night I woke up the next day with lower back pain, but by the end of the 1st week I was able to turn my head left and right with no pain. Lower back pain went away after a day or two, which I attribute to things realigning themselves. I am getting much better sleep as well and waking up well rested. I was also getting hit with midday exhaustion and I haven't had that happen since getting the pillow 2 months ago. If you're worried about spending so much and it not working for you, I'm telling you to just do it! It is so little to spend to end the suffering.

Finally pain free!!

So happy I bought this pillow! I was skeptical because I found it through an ad online and the price point.. But I couldn’t wake up another morning with a pounding headache to start my day. I’ve been trying different pillows for years with no luck or temporary pain free mornings. So I took the chance given the 60 day return window. And I can confirm the first morning I woke up after using it was the first time I had truly been pain free in so long!! This pillow has been worth every penny even if it only worked one night. But since using this pillow for over a month I haven’t had a stiff neck or painful tension headache since.

My frequent headaches are gone!

I used to regularly wake up with a headache and/or neck pain and would rotate between the stash of pillows on my bed to attempt to "find what my neck wanted." I had lasting neck aches and headaches after several concussions and have been seeing a chiropractor for the last several years, though would still wake up with pain. Since using this pillow for the last two months I have woken up with exactly ONE headache - and I ended up being sick which explained it. I was skeptical when purchasing this pillow but it's been the best thing!!!

Incredible customer service

I have to support my neck the right way or I get migraines. I've tried several cervical support pillows with varying success and decided to try the Contoured Orthopedic Pillow with the 60 day return if it didn't work.
At first, I loved the pillow, the great feel of the pillow and fabric, but after 2 weeks had 4 days of headaches. I took a 2 week break to try again, but after one night, I woke up with a neck, head, and jaw ache. I made sure i was in the 60 days and packed it up and wrote to customer service that I needed to return it for my refund.
They wrote back with ideas about how to improve my pillow support. Did I think the pillow was too hard, too soft. What could they do to help?
I realized the pillow was too firm.
They said, we'll send you our new Soft Contour Pillow.
I tried it last night, and it was heavenly! I literally felt happy going to sleep with it and woke up after sleeping all night!
Not only that, they said, rather than mailing back the 1st pillow, share the pillow with someone who can enjoy it. Which I have.

These folks make beautiful pillows and they want them to work for us!

Pain-Free, Finally!

Try this pillow. I've always had neck and shoulder pain and horrific muscle tightness in that area, causing constant headaches ranging from low-grade aching to full-out migraines. Pain Free

It is true! No more neck pain, no headaches! I’ve had the pillow for three months now and wanted to have a fair assessment before writing a review. I don’t wake up feeling like my neck has been in a weird, contorted position all night in between constant readjusting. The pillow is firm enough to hold my neck and head at a neutral position but soft enough that my ear does not ache when I sleep on my side. It is the perfect height and I am comfortable on my back or on my side.
The one thing I do not like… there is a slight downward slope on the back of the pillow. There are times when I use a very flat travel pillow at the back edge of the pillow to lift the slope. My preference is an even height.
Overall I highly recommend. I was skeptical because I, like so many others, have tried so many pillows. This met the mark and is well worth the price!! You have 60 days. Try it!

From skeptic to sold. No more a.m. headaches

I was skeptical. So skeptical. I've had almost daily headaches from neck issues/fibromyalgia more than half my life. But the test period with full refund got me in the door. I've bought expensive pillows before, but never had instant relief like this. I see a chiropractor every 2 weeks, and she asked me after a month what I was doing differently, because I was holding my adjustments so much better, and this pillow was the only change I'd made! Life Changing!

It is not an overstatement to say that this pillow has made a change in my life. I've had to live with problems in the vertebrae at my lower back and neck for years and like most all of the reviewers here, I have tried many types of pillows with varying success. In casual conversation with my daughter in law I complained about how I would wake up during the night from the pain in my neck and how much my lower back ached in the mornings. She and my son had been using the dosaze pillow for a while and spoke so highly of it that on the spot placed an order right then and there. The delivery time was faster than I expected and the tracking updated were very welcome so when I received the pillow I already felt good about it. On the morning after first trying the pillow I woke up and it took me a while to realize I had gotten out of bed faster than I would normally do and that I had not had any neck pain during the night. I felt great but I did not credit that with it having to do with the dosaze pillow. Then after the fourth day of waking up rested and with considerably less pain in my lower back, there was no way to deny that it was the dosaze pillow that was the reason for the relief I was feeling. I try to review products that turn out to be good for me but I normally don't take this much time to review them. This time, though, since this pillow has had such a life changing effect on my wellbeing, I felt I could and should share it with others who are going through what I had been going through in hope that they can find the relief I have found. Life-Changer!

I have been looking for a pillow for years and have tried many different ones. This one works! I was waking up with severe headaches, shoulder and neck pain, and back pain. That has all gone away while using this pillow. I have finally found the one!!

Morning Headaches and neck pain gone

This pillow works! I have tried at least ten pillows over the years to help my neck pain from injuries while serving in the military and this is the only one that helped with the morning pain. The pillow also helps with a more relaxing sleep feeling much more refreshed in the morning
